Oh hey, blog.

Reading my old posts makes me laugh. All my jealousy of other peoples lives and what not. Do what you do. Thats what I’ve learned.

School is kicking my ass. Statistics is kind of ridiculous, and my other health care classes aren’t too bad.

No real reason for this post, I just needed something a little more refreshing then all my depressing posts. You can’t live like that.

I feel like my life is going nowhere. I never go anywhere. I haven’t left Colorado in years because I don’t have any money. My job is fucking ridiculous, and even though people tell me to get over that fact, they are the ones that still have money and get to go on fucking vacations. Fuck this. I’m so over it.

SO.

I was on my way to Water World to have a pretty fantastic day when I notice a cop up ahead of me. I slammed on my breaks hoping he didn’t have his speed radar thing out, and when I drove past he followed close behind. I switched lanes to see if he was following me and he immediately switched with me. His lights came on and I almost had a heart attack.

I was going 56 in a 40, so its like 4 points or whatever. I was freaking out trying to find all my info and hoping everything was ok. He heads back over to his car and another cop pulls up behind him, and I’m like Oh fuck. He gets out and starts talking to the other cop, and when I look in my rearview mirror I see the cop pointing at me and they started laughing. I’m like oh fantastic. So I stopped panicking since this was ovbiously hilarious to them that I had no idea what the hell I was doing or how to handle it.

He came back over, gave me my ticket, and said if I go to court that the DA might drop my charges to something minor like defective vehicle or something since its my first offence, and instead of paying $155 I will get away with court charges. Fml.

Heres the convo.

Cop: Hi, I’m blah blah from Jefferson County Police and I am pulling you over today because you were going 56 in a 40.

Me: Oh.

Cop: Can I please see your lisence, registration, and proof of insurance?

Me: Yeah, definitely. I think this is the right one since it expires in 2010.

Cop: Yeah, that should be it

Me: Okay

Cop: Where were you headed today?

Me: Oh..I’m going to water world with some friends…

I’m always like. A few days late updating this blog even though I said I would update it consistantly. Anyways. I’m watching Wassup Rockers. It just started and it seems really interesting.

Kyle and I went to Manitou Springs for our spring break vacation and it was a lot of fun. Like a lottt of fun. We went about 4 years ago for spring break when we first started dating and we stayed at this ghetto motel called like Cascade Hills or something, but now its closed. Haha. I remember some dog got attacked, and the hot tub was all…I dunno. Cheap. So we decided to stay in a nicer place this time. We stayed at The Cliff House at Pikes Peak and it was gorgeous.

The first night we got there it was already late so we just went to some mexican place and I got a huge ass margarita and then we ended up coming back to the room and there were a few things left for us!

The next day we went to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and I got to feed giraffes and see 2 bears masterbate. It was weird. Here are the highlights of my trip to the zoo.

I just got engaged on Saturday!!!

Kyle took me to dinner, and then we went to the movies, and he told me to pick a movie but I couldn’t find one I wanted to see so I was getting really pissed, and while I was looking at the marquee thing, I turned around and Kyle got on one knee and asked me to marry him!!! I absolutely said yes! I love him with all my heart, and this is just the beginning to my amazing life with him. <3

I called in sick from work.
Kyle and I went and got breakfast at Panera.
Decided we wanted to go gamble so we drove to Black Hawk and Central City.
After we won like $80 and only spent $60 decided to leave, after I had my complimentary jack and coke. Amazing. Gambling really wasn’t all I had cracked it up to be, let me tell you. It ain’t all that fun. We were surrounded by old people, or extremely obese old people, even some men that had the BIGGEST most DISGUSTING fupas I have ever seen. Also- lots of people on portable oxygen.
We decided to continue our adventure and head up to Idaho Springs. We took some pictures, ate at Tommyknockers brewery which was epically AAAAMAZING. Then headed back home, took a nap, and now we are about to head off to dinner.

My week in a wrap? I ended up getting a new laptop, digital camera, a blackberry, and a few other random things. It was awesome.

I need help getting my writing critiqued, looked over, etc. I need comments on this badly. This is only like, a 2nd draft so bare with me.I got the idea from the book CHOKE by Chuck Palahniuk. I recommend you read it!

Victor: A Fairy Tale

Once upon a time there was a boy named Victor who lived with his unstable, unstoppable mother in the depths of the inner city. At the age of seven, Victor spent his free time daydreaming about picnics at the park, and days spent at the playground swinging with his mother, like any normal child. Living in a home filled with anxiety and isolation, Victor is suffocating. His mothers obsession with the corruption of society drives her to demand a life of anarchy and liberation, with his full participation and knowledge of this broken world.

One day while staring outside his window watching all the children play, he was interupted by a large crash coming from his closet. Victor got up and walked over, not knowing what to expect, opens the closet door to find a clumspy, lonely little troll! Starteled, Victor slammed the door shut with a bang. Feeling a little sorry for the troll, he decides to slowly open the door back up, and take a peek inside. “Hello Victor!” Proclaimed the troll, “My name is Bibs, glad to meet you!” A little schocked and not knowing how to reply, Victor shyly takes a peak around his bedroom, just to make sure he wasn’t imagining. Excitement and curiosity start to fill his mind, at the thought of a potential friend. Victors first friend! “Did my mother send you to keep an eye on me?” Victor asks, unable to imagine someone coming to be with him. “Why of course not!” said the troll, “I am here for you! I want to be your friend, and I am here to fulfill your imagination! All I want is great things for you!” Victor smiled large. For the first time in his life he was happy. A happy young boy.

This began an amazing journey of friendship, self-discovery, and reinventing a missed childhood, to discover the joys of youth. The troll stayed with Victor for many years, playing together and enjoying each others company. But best of all, it was a time to escape the demands of a miserable, unhappy mother, and just be a kid.

So today I was walking into Walmart by my house because they have a Mcdonalds and I really wanted like just a kids meal or something. They were standing outside trying to sell candy bars for their kids baseball team so as I walked in I just kind of smiled or whatever to be nice. Well those bitches. I was walking back out with my stupid Mcdonalds bag and I look at them nand turn away and one of them goes, “I don’t like to support the puppet” and they all started laughing. I almost, ALMOST, turned back around and said, “And I don’t support your kids fucking baseball team.” But I didn’t, only because I have had a few verbal outbursts at that place.

I should of. I really should of.

Damn I like. Forgot I blogged or something. Anyways.

I am back in school for my music degree! Exciting for everyone, I know.

I must say though, this semester is going to be really weird. I am taking a childrens literature class, and we have just finished discussing the REAL Little Red Riding Hood. Reading the real one has totally ruined my childhood as far as this fairy tale, and soon to be more. Ha. If you havent ever read the original, you should.

Basically, it portrays this little naive girl going to her grandmas house and being tricked by a wolf on her way. The wolf eats most of the grandma and puts the rest of her skin in the pantry, and her blood in a glass. When she gets to the house the wolf tells her to go eat the food and drink the wine from the pantry. She does, and then a cat appears and tell her shes a whore for drinking her grandmothers blood. The wolf then tells her to take off all her clothes and burn them in the fire and climb into bed with him. Then all the “oh big arms” stuff, and she gets eaten as well.

Well, we were discussing this in class and some weird girl brings up the “history” of vampires and how they have to ask permission before the come inside and bring all their evil. Oh really? This has to do with the fairy tale how? Oh thats right. It doesnt. STFU.

Another update. I quit taking my paxil cold turkey because I was reading so much on it and I was sick of taking medications. I have been 2 1/2 weeks paxil free and my withdrawel symptoms are almost gone. Now I just get nausias really easily, but even that has subsided. I seriously thought I was going to die last week. I had the “paxil flu” which they have unofficially termed. That was actually the worst of it, except for random acts of bawling. At least I didn’t get “brain zaps”, a seizure, die, or end up in the hospital. You can look up all the fun paxil stuff online if you are curious as to what I went through, because honestly, it seems totally ridiculous.

I will FINALLY be getting my student loan check in “6 to 10 business days”. Its about fucking time! Luckily the book I needed right away was only like $29 which was pretty amazing. I got lucky for sure. But when I do get my check, I’m getting a new laptop and a blackberry. Because I can.

Tonight I’m stoked on going to this guys house with Kyle we are friends with. He is from Latvia, and is seriously the funniest person I have ever met.

Like all my friends from elementry school and middle school are pregnant and having babies. Some without knowing who the baby daddy is. Thats sad to me. The baby daddy part. But I’m happy for them.

This post is getting pretty long and I doubt anyone is even going to read half of it so I’m gonna go ahead and stop ranting.
